Ayurveda wellness

Ayurveda the ancient science of life, guides us to a harmonious balance of body, mind, and spirit. To achieve the four goals of life - Dharma (righteousness), Artha (prosperity), Kaama (fulfillment), and Moksha (liberation) - we must nurture our overall well-being. Ayurveda wellness highlights the following routines as the regimen of Day, Night, Seasonal changes, Ahara (diet), and Vihara (lifestyle), along with therapies like Panchakarma, rejuvenation therapy in Ayurveda, yoga, Pranayama, and meditation. These practices increase the positive dimensions of health, which is the ultimate goal of Wellness Ayurveda.

We have pledged that “we not only treat individuals of physical and mental illness but also protect and prevent healthy individuals from falling ill.” This reflects the true essence of Ayurveda wellness. Health is the overall wellness of the body, mind, and spirit. Care must be taken to lead a positive life, and Wellness Ayurveda focuses on following a healthy day, night, and seasonal regimen. Ayurveda therapy further supports the body's natural functions to stay fit and prevent future illnesses.

Night Regimen Ayurveda Wellness & Selfcare

The nighttime routine in Ayurveda wellness includes timely food intake and proper sleep. Ayurveda highlights Wellness Ayurveda by giving high importance to Ahara (diet) and Nidra (sleep). These two aspects are considered sub-pillars of the human body as they maintain the living system. Food, referred to as 'Mahabhaisajya,' should be consumed on time, incorporating all six tastes to strengthen and enhance vitality. Proper sleep restores the body's potential, providing nourishment, strength, and longevity.

Food taken on time cause good effects on the body. Food served should be hot, comprise of all 6 tastes which on consumption gives satisfaction, strength, and complexion, improves memory and provides longevity. Nidra or sleep is a state of mind in which it is not associated to any type of indriyas (Sense Organs). Proper sleep provides happiness, nourishment, strength, knowledge, virility and life vice-versa for improper sleep.

Seasonal Regimen

A year is divided in to 6 seasons in Ayurvedic texts by scholars. Strength and lusture of the individual is enhanced by following proper diet and regimen according to the season. Changes in diet, lifestyle should be processed according to climatic changes of the season to prevent the growth of any abnormality causing antigen. Apart from these regimens regular practice of Vyayama (Exercise), Yoga, Meditation and following good social and personal conduct makes an individual to lead a healthy life. Besides following healthy regimen some of Ayurvedic treatment procedures can be followed to naturally detoxify the body which provides a healthy internal environment to lead a happy life.
