I am writing this review 1 month after my treatment at Maitri Ayurveda wellness center. I was having severe radiating pain in left leg especially in calf and foot, also some numbness & tingling in left foot. I was diagnosed with L4 L5 disk herniation. I approched Dr. Kishore kumar in Maitri Ayurveda and he suggested for 21 days Panchakarma treatment. I am happy with the treatment. About 80% of my pain has gone away after treatment, except on & off pain in calf muscle. The staff were very polite and professional. Overall i am happy with the treatment

It was a fully satisfying experience undergoing therapeutic treatment at Maitri Ayurveda for my migraine, knee pain and weight loss. I had immense relief from my migraine problem which had been troubling me for a long time. My knee pain has largely subsided as well and I could bend my knees with ease with move briskly. It is indeed a pleasing development. Losing weight of 7kgs in 30 sessions is real icing on the cake since despite my sincere efforts of walking and reduced intake of food I could not bring down my weight due to onset of menopause for the last couple of years. I am now feeling absolutely light and elated. All in all it was a fabulous experience of undergoing this process under the able treatment and guidance of Dr. Kishore and experienced massage therapists. I can't thank enough the whole team, in particular Dr. Kishore for his thorough analysis and professional prowess and wish him all the very best in his future endeavors.

I have known Dr Kishore for over 4 years, over these years he has become a good friend who always guided me and help me reduce my knee and acidity problems which was troubleling me since a few years.
